Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The customer acknowledges having read, prior to placing an order, the general conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale can be modified at any time by Zigzag-Concept without notice.
The applicable conditions will be those in force on the site at the time of validation of the order.
Delivery and manufacture.
Order ASAP, if you want your order by a specific date.
We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. But it is possible that the item (s) ordered is out of stock or that the Post Office is dragging a bit ...
If your order arrives after the desired date and for any reason whatsoever this is unfortunately not a reason for return. Because we are not responsible for the quality of delivery of postal services. In the event that your parcel is lost by the Post Office, the request must be made by you to the Post Office.
If the package is returned to us by post, we will contact you by email and/or by phone and we will await your agreement to proceed with a new shipment which will be at your expense.
Cancellation of an order
You have the right to withdraw the order in writing, by post, by e-mail, within two weeks after receipt of delivery.
Contracts for which the goods are produced, in particular, embroidered or printed, according to the particular wishes of the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Each order is unique, produced especially for you. The merchandise cannot, therefore, be put back into stock and sold.
Each personalized order will be made exactly according to your wishes. The model, size, color, pattern/text are chosen by you.
We do not accept refund requests due to changes in purchase advice or item customization. In these cases, you cannot exercise your right of return.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise for a reason related to a product defect (damaged item) or if we made a mistake in the embroidery or printing we will exchange the item or refund you.

Zigzag-Concept provides users of this site with verified information and tools, but cannot be held responsible for errors or the unavailability of certain information. We thank the users of the site for informing us of any omissions, errors or corrections, by sending an e-mail.
We want to minimize inconvenience caused by errors and technical problems as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee that our service will not be interrupted.
Colors and Sizes
The measurements and colors of the clothes advertised on the site are for information purposes only.
The colors of the projects (patterns / embroidered text) are given as an indication and we can not guarantee an absolute similarity of the execution, although we always strive to come as close as possible.
Availability of items.
The products are offered within the limits of available stocks, it being specified that Zigzag-Concept does its utmost to ensure that the majority of products are always available.
If a product becomes unavailable after the customer's order has been registered, the customer will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail or post as soon as we become aware of the unavailability of the product.
In the case of a product temporarily unavailable, Zigzag-Concept may postpone the execution of the order provided that the replenishment of unavailable products is expected within a short time. In the
event of a deferred order for temporary unavailability, Zigzag-Concept notifies the client by email.
Price and payment
Prices are expressed in Euros and include all taxes. The prices indicated on the product sheets in the store do not include personalization and transport.
The prices displayed on the site are guaranteed for the duration of the display of the articles on the screen within the limit of available stocks.
Payment must be made when ordering, on the site or by bank transfer. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
