Free delivery in Luxembourg

Delivery is free for all orders delivered in Luxembourg.

For other countries, delivery costs are calculated automatically in your cart, based on the weight of the parcel and the destination, and are shown before you confirm your order.

Delivery areas

We deliver to Luxembourg and to countries of the European Union. For delivery outside the European Union, please contact us before ordering.

Carrier

Your parcels are shipped by POST Luxembourg (or by the carrier chosen when ordering) to the delivery address provided.

With standard shipping, the parcel is delivered without signature. Delivery against signature is available for an additional fee.

Delivery times

As each item is customised, please allow for:

• production: usually 5 to 10 working days after receipt of payment and approval of your design (depending on the quantity and technique);
• shipping by the carrier: usually 1 to 3 working days in Luxembourg, a little longer for neighbouring countries.

These times are for information only. If you need your items by a specific date (event, trade fair, gift), let us know when ordering or requesting a quote: we will tell you whether it is feasible.

Receiving your parcel

Check the condition of your parcel on delivery. If it is damaged or an item is missing, let us know as soon as possible at info@zigzag-concept.lu, with photos.

If a parcel is returned to us (incomplete address, parcel not collected), we will contact you to arrange a new shipment, the cost of which remains payable by you.
