Custom embroidery in Luxembourg
Embroidery is the most elegant and durable way to customise clothing: your logo, text or design, stitched in thread.
Hoodies, polo shirts, caps, workwear… We embroider in our workshop in Holzem, from a small chest logo to a large back design. Ideal for the image of your business, club or association.

What is clothing embroidery?
Embroidery reproduces your design with thousands of thread stitches, sewn directly into the fabric by a professional embroidery machine. The design becomes part of the garment: it doesn't crack, peel or wash out.
Before production, your design is converted into a stitch file (this is called "digitising"). Stitch direction, density and colour order are defined at this stage, and careful digitising is what makes embroidery clean and long-lasting.
Embroidered workwear and uniforms
Embroidered clothing in your colours gives your business a professional image and builds team spirit. We embroider your workwear, uniforms, hospitality clothing, front-desk polo shirts, club kit and sweatshirts, as well as your corporate gifts.
Your stitch file is kept on record, so repeat orders and new team members are kitted out quickly and identically.
Embroidered hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts and caps
Embroidery looks its best on thicker or woven fabrics. These are the garments we embroider most often:

How much does custom embroidery cost?
Embroidery has no fixed price: it is calculated according to your design and your order. These are the factors that count:
| Factor | Effect on price |
|---|---|
| Stitch count | The main factor: the larger and denser the design, the more stitches it has and the longer it takes to embroider. |
| Quantity | The price per item goes down as the quantity goes up. |
| Number of positions | Each embroidered position (chest, back, sleeve…) is priced separately. |
| Stitch file | Created once for your design, then kept for your future orders. |
| Chosen item | The price of the garment is added, depending on the model and brand. |
Tip: group your needs (polo shirts and caps, for example) into one order: the same stitch file works for all your items.
Recommended embroidery sizes and positions
Here are the most common sizes. We adapt them to your design and your garment. Large designs (jacket backs, illustrations) are also possible.
| Position | Recommended size | Ideal for |
|---|---|---|
| Left chest | 7 to 10 cm wide | Polo shirts, shirts, sweatshirts, jackets: the business classic |
| Back | 20 to 25 cm wide | Club and team hoodies and jackets |
| Sleeve | 5 to 8 cm wide | Flag, slogan, website |
| Cap front | 5 to 6 cm high | Caps and beanies |
| Apron bib | 8 to 12 cm wide | Restaurants, bakeries, gifts |
| Towel corner | 6 to 10 cm wide | Hotels, spas, personalised gifts |

Personalised embroidery: names and lettering
A name on a towel, lettering on an apron, a slogan on a hoodie or initials on a shirt: personalised embroidery adds a unique, elegant touch, for a gift as well as for professional clothing.
We offer several lettering styles and many thread colours. For good legibility, letters should be at least 5 mm high.
Gift idea: towels, bathrobes, aprons or beanies embroidered with a name, for a birth, a birthday or a retirement.
Which file to send for your embroidered logo?
Ideally, a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF). Otherwise, a good-quality PNG or JPG will do: we redraw your design for embroidery if needed.
Let us know your colours (Pantone references if you have them): we choose the closest threads.
Everything about custom embroidery
How much does custom embroidery cost?
The price mainly depends on the stitch count of your design (its size and density), the number of positions and the quantity ordered. The stitch file is created once for your design, then reused for your future orders. Ask us for a quote: it is tailored to your project.
How long does an embroidered order take?
Allow 5 to 10 working days after approval of your proof, depending on the quantity. If you need your items by a specific date (event, trade fair, gift), please mention it in your quote request.
How do I get my logo embroidered on clothing?
Send us your logo, choose your garments (or ask for our advice) and tell us the quantities. We create the stitch file, you approve the proof, then we embroider and deliver your items.
Can you embroider a single t-shirt?
Yes, single items are possible. As the stitch file is created once, a single item is proportionally more expensive: from just a few items, the price per piece drops significantly.
What size should an embroidered logo on a polo shirt be?
On the chest, an embroidered logo is usually 7 to 10 cm wide. It is the most popular size for business clothing: legible, discreet and elegant.
Can you embroider a name or text?
Yes. Names, company names or slogans embroider very well, as long as the letters are at least 5 mm high.
Is embroidery washable?
Yes, it is the most durable decoration. Wash the garment inside out at 30 or 40 °C and iron it inside out, without ironing directly over the embroidery: it will stay beautiful for years.
Which file should I send for my logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is ideal, but a good-quality PNG or JPG is enough: we adapt your design for embroidery.
Embroidery or printing: which is best?
Embroidery is ideal for a clean, long-lasting decoration on thicker fabrics (polo shirts, hoodies, caps). For very colourful designs, photos or lightweight t-shirts, printing is a better fit. We are happy to advise you on the right technique.
