We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Luxembourg law.
Data we collect
- Customer account and orders: surname, first name, delivery and billing addresses, e-mail, phone number, order history.
- Quote and contact requests: name, company, e-mail, phone number, details of your project and files sent (logos, designs).
- Payment: card details are processed directly by our payment providers; we never have access to them.
- Browsing: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, via cookies (see below).
Why we use it
- To process your orders, production, delivery and invoicing (performance of the contract).
- To answer your quote and contact requests (pre-contractual measures).
- To comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations.
- To measure website traffic and improve the website (with your consent).
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, for example on Facebook and Instagram (with your consent).
Recipients of your data
Your data is used by Zigzag-Concept and shared only with the service providers we need:
- Payment: Stripe (credit card), PayPal.
- Delivery: POST Luxembourg (name, address, phone number, e-mail).
- Website hosting: LWS (France).
- Analytics and advertising: Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and Meta (Facebook pixel), only if you accept.
We never sell your data. Some providers (Google, Meta, Stripe, PayPal) may process data outside the European Union, with safeguards recognised by the European Commission (standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework).
Cookies
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie button at the bottom of the screen.
- Essential cookies: cart, login to your account, language, security. They do not require your consent.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics, to understand how the website is used.
- Advertising cookies: Facebook pixel (Meta), to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
Cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months.
Retention period
- Customer account: as long as the account is active, then 3 years after the last contact.
- Orders and invoices: 10 years (legal accounting obligation).
- Quote and contact requests: 3 years after the last exchange.
- Files sent (logos, designs): for the duration of your project and any repeat orders, then deleted on request.
Your rights
You may at any time access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, object to its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent. Write to us at info@zigzag-concept.lu: we will reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux – cnpd.public.lu.
Security
The website is secure (HTTPS connection) and access to your data is limited to the people who need it to process your orders and requests.
