Customised items

Items that are embroidered, printed or made to your specifications are not covered by the right of withdrawal. They are made specially for you and cannot be resold.

If you wish to change or cancel a customised order, contact us as quickly as possible: as long as production has not started, we will do our best to find a solution.

If an item is defective or we have made a mistake, it will of course be replaced or refunded (see our Terms and conditions of sale).

Non-customised items: 14-day period

For a non-customised item, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Inform us of your decision by a clear statement, by e-mail to info@zigzag-concept.lu or by post to Zigzag-Concept, 28, route de Capellen, L-8279 Holzem, Luxembourg. You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory.

Returning items

Send the items back, in their original condition, no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision. Return costs are payable by you.

Refund

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back (or proof of shipment). The refund will be made using the same means of payment as for the order.
