Composition :
Farine de blé type 55 – miel – sucre semoule poudre d’ oeufs entiers – levure chimique – épices à pain d’épices (cannelle, badiane, girofle, gingembre, cardamone, muscade, poivre blanc, sucre) et poudre de lait entier.
Produit contenant de l’oeuf et du gluten, fabriqué dans un atelier qui utilise des fruits à coque et des produits laitiers, du céleri, du sésame, des pistaches, de la moutarde et du soja.
