Cake making kit ( salted Kougelhopf).

The pastry kit will allow you to cook a savory Kougelhopf.

Wheat Flour Type 55 - Nuts - caster sugar - egg powder

whole - dehydrated baker's yeast - fine salt -

emulsifier E491.

Allergies:

Contains gluten, eggs, nuts. Possible traces of milk, soya and sulphites

170 ml Water - 100 g butter or margarine at room temperature

You can also add bacon, ham, olives, cheese, salmon,

herbs, sundried tomatoes….

Let your ideas run free:

Once cooled, you can cut your kougelhopf into

8 discs, spread (cheese, posson, charcuterie ...) one disc out of 2.

Reassemble your kougelhopf and cut it vertically. You will thus have a

kougelhopf surprise:

a great idea for an original aperitif.
